Jonathan Milford - Agency Partner
Jonathan graduated from Oglethorpe University in 2000 with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. While attending college, he played on the golf team and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He has held a  Real Estate license since 2003 and joined the Insurance Industry in 2007. He opened his first agency in Commerce, GA in 2008 with Allstate. During that time, he earned several top honors with the company and expanded to 2 locations. In 2016, Jonathan decided to sell both agencies and go out on his own as an "Independent Agent". This move has since given him the ability to meet the needs of more customers as well as offer the best possible pricing in an ever-changing marketplace. The foundation of Jonathan's business model is simple...solid teamwork, consistent processes within the agency and educating consumers. These factors have helped build several successful agencies, including Harmony Insurance.

Jonathan has been married to his wife, Lauren, for 12 years and they have a daughter (Connor, 7) and a son (Hix, 4). He has played both golf and guitar most of his life and enjoys spending time at the lake with his family.

Tonia Kennedy
Tonia received her Associate of Arts Degree from Gainesville College in 2001 and Bachelor of Business Administration from Brenau University in 2009. She has held her Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses since 2004 and became an office manager for Jonathan's agency in 2008. Since that time, she has expanded her knowledge in Commercial Insurance, Workplace Benefits and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Tonia enjoys getting to know her customers on a more personal level and strives to help them make the best possible choices regarding their coverage. Tonia has one daughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sherry Crane
Sherry holds a degree in Business Administrative Technology from Lanier Tech and has worked in the insurance industry since 2009. She enjoys getting to know her clients so that they can openly communicate on both a professional and personal level. She realizes that communication is one of the best resources in helping the client tailor their coverage to their unique needs. As a business owner for ten years before making a career change, she is able to approach her position with a unique perspective of product knowledge and customer service. Sherry is married and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time at the lake with her family.
